Return conditions
We always guarantee the best quality. Nevertheless, it is possible to return ordered items. As a customer, you have a right of withdrawal that allows you to revoke your purchase within 30 days after receipt of the purchased goods without giving reasons and without additional costs, except for the direct costs of returning the goods in question. At the latest 30 days after revocation, you must return the goods in question to us. For this purpose you can use the return from which you can download here. Within 30 days after receipt of the goods at our warehouse, or after you have provided us with proof of the return of the goods, we will reimburse you for all payments received. We will do this using the same means of payment as you used to pay for the order.
We'd like to draw your attention to the following:
- Goods that are returned must be delivered undamaged and complete.
- If the returned goods are damaged, Van Eyck Sport may claim compensation that corresponds to the actual damage suffered.
- If more damage has been caused to the packaging than is necessary to open the package (i.e. actions have been taken that go beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in question), Van Eyck Sport may claim compensation that corresponds to the damage actually suffered.
- The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the delivery of goods manufactured to customer specifications.
How to return the item(s)?

- Fill in all necessary information.
- Register the return in the portal.
- Pay the return fee using the payment link.
- You will automatically receive the return label in you inbox.
- Stick the label onto the box and tape the box shut.
- Bring the package in a by you chosen postal service center.
If it doesn’t work using the link, you can always use the return document. Which you can download here, fill it out and put it the box!

What if you ordered the wrong item?
That can always happen! Follow the steps above to return it using the online link to receive your label in your inbox or fill in the return document, put it in the box and send the package back to us. In this case, you’ll have to pay for the costs yourself. You’ll have the right to return the item within 30 days.
It’s best to always send an e-mail to our customer service if you want to return any items for any reason: info@vaneycksport.com, this way we’ll be updated about the return, making the process a little bit faster.
What if you’ve received something different than what you ordered?
Mistakes can happen! Send us an e-mail at info@vaneycksport.com, this way we’ll be able to solve this problem as quickly as possible. We’ll make a return label and send this via e-mail. You can print it out and stick it on the outside of the box. Send it with the post office and we’ll make sure the correct item will be send your way as soon as possible!
Return costs
In both cases, wrong delivery or wrong order, both the customer service and the webshop employees will check the order. In case of a wrong delivery, we will make the return label. In case of a wrong order, you will have to make the label yourself, which you can do on the website of your chosen postal service.
